Swine Influenza A (H1N1) and the Dallas Zoo

As a public institution and division of the Dallas Parks & Recreation Department, the Dallas Zoo will comply with all health and safety guidelines issued by the City of Dallas, the State of Texas, and the Federal government. The health and safety of our guests and staff members is of the utmost importance. As of now, our hours of operation and scheduled events remain unchanged.

We will continue to assess the situation in consultation with the Dallas County Department of Health and Human Services and the City of Dallas. At present, we are taking extra precautions to disinfect all areas and to maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the Zoo.
