Winter Break Camp

As soon as school lets out, the adventure kicks off at the Dallas Zoo’s Winter Break Camp! Our full-day camp sessions provide an exciting and educational getaway for young explorers during the holiday season, with the added flexibility of AfterCamp for busy families. Each of these unique single-day camps is packed with fun activities, including guided tours of our exhibits, interactive games, close-up animal encounters, creative projects, and much more!

To enrich their experience and build a sense of community, campers are thoughtfully grouped by grade level, allowing them to explore and engage with nature in small, focused groups led by our expert Zoo Guides.

We require that campers bring a sack lunch and a refillable water bottle to stay fueled for the day’s adventures.
